Legal & Procedural Agreement

By proceeding with this application, you agree to the following terms:

Payment Transparency: All service fees and compensation schedules will be clearly outlined and mutually agreed upon in writing before any medical procedure.
Formal Documentation: All legal agreements, consent forms, and surrogate contracts must be signed and notarized in the presence of a qualified lawyer.
Deposit Protocol: No procedures will commence until all initial deposits are confirmed and all legal documentation has been finalized and processed.
